This Iconic Estate invites you to slow down and reconnect — with yourself, with each other, with the moment. A historical pioneering home, one of its kind and renowned on the island. The interior originallly designed by famous dutch interior designer Jan des Bouvrie. Haiku House, where heritage, uniqueness, comfort and complete privacy calmly embrace you.

On the slopes of Troy Hill “Harmony House” welcomes you amongst Saba’s luscious nature.
From green hillsides to the deep blue Caribbean Sea, the horizon melts into endless skies and sunsets. A once in a lifetime opportunity project where we are transforming an existing renowned hotel site into the island’s first high-end Boutique Resort & Villas destinations. Currently in its final design stage and soon to be constructed, our unique hospitality project in collaboration with Dutch architects Den Older Vleugels and 3-Michelin starred chef Jacob Jan Boerma.
